| Water heater system of large-area and modular solar collector is the direction of the solar thermal utilizations. Modular Solar collector of the solar water heater system was studied and analysed in this dissertation. The flat plate collector which consists of steel-cored plastic as frame and double glazing as cover plate was improved and tested. It shows that the solar water heater has more average daily efficiency through these measures. Next, the shortcomings of flat plate collector and evacuated solar collector were analysed. A new evacuated solar collector tube was developed, which is mainly made of stainless steel tube and borosilicate glass tube. The primitive technological process of the glass-metal mechanical seal between them was discussed and the unmatched seal was completed successfully. At last, the design of the water heater system of large-area and modular solar collector was given including modular collectors and the frames of the system, and the efficiency of different link modes of the modular collectors were analysed. It provides a basis for the design of water heater system for new and comfortable houses, and valuable exploration for the construction integrated solar water heater was made. |
