Research On Flat Plate Solar Water Heater And Its Integration

The use of fossil fuels has led to the global energy crisis and ecological pollution.With the development of society,new energy and renewable energy has been paid more and more attention.Solar energy as an ideal alternative to fossil energy,has more advantages and broad application prospects.The solar water heating technology is mature and widely used,has occupied the mainstream of solar thermal utilization,the application of solar water heater is more and more common.This paper introduces the various ways of solar thermal utilization,and analyzes the development trend of solar water heater in the future.Principle and structure of flat plate solar collector is studied,Combining heat pipe technology with flat plate solar collector,eliminate the disadvantage and maintain the advantage in structure of the flat plate solar collector.The heat pipe is studied,especially the gravity heat pipe,It is pointed out that the gravity heat pipe can be well used in the flat plate water heater.The dependence of the temperature of the water in the tank on time is investigated in daytime and night.The influence of the absorptance/emittance of selective absorption coating on water temperature increase/decrease is researched.Designed and made a heat pipe flat plate solar collector by ourselves,analyzes the selection of the collector of each component and manufacturing,the collector of the theoretical analysis of heat pipe flat plate solar heat balance equation was established,as well as the thermal resistance network diagram.An“integrated type heat pipe flat plate solar water heater ”with Self made flat plate solar collector in it is developed.The instantaneous heat collection efficiency,the daily average heat collection efficiency and the average heat loss coefficient of the Integrated type heat pipe flat plate solar water heater were tested,and compared with that of the ordinary tube plate solar water heater.It is shown that the thermal performance of the integrated Integrated type heat pipe flat plate solar water heater is better than that of the ordinary tube plate type solar water heater,and the heat loss coefficient is lower.
