Because of its environment-protections and energy-savings, water hydraulics will take place of oil hydraulics step by step, which has been developed to very high step. Water hydraulic axial piston pump as the drive component and water hydraulic cylinder as the act component, they are the two key components of water hydraulic system. So the research of the two ones is very favourable and very important.In this thesis, after the reformation and consummation of the "WHT-37" water hydraulic multi-performance platform, the lab research of the water hydraulic axial piston pump and synchronous control of water hydraulic parallel cylinders on it. The thesis consists of two parts, research of performance test of water hydraulic axial piston pump and research of synchronous control of water hydraulic parallel cylinders. The last one is major part, it is composed of the following: development of water hydraulic double synchronism cylinders, selecting, fixing, adapting of the pressure sensor, displacement sensor and data-acquiring card, simulation and experiment of the synchronous control of water hydraulic parallel cylinders.Combined with these actual problems, the performance test of v/ater hydraulic axial piston pump is done successfully. Thesis introduces the sensors mainly, and the design of the data-acquiring card is emphat teai ly discussed. A mutual flexible software is developed to control the water hydraulic parallel cylinders synchronously in the VB integral environment. And the theoretic simulation of the double cylinders is finished by using MATLAB. Last, the reformation of the water hydraulic experiment platform is successful, which lays the experimental base, and we can develop the water hydraulic technology better.
