As an actuator,hydraulic cylinder turns hydraulic energy into mechanical energy to provide swing or linear back-and-forth motion.Hydraulic cylinder can provide stable reciprocating motion without clearance since the reduction gear can be omitted.Therefore,hydraulic cylinder is widely used in hydraulic system of various machines.With more construction of urban subway,there is a high requirement for the reliability of shield tunneling machine,one of the special equipments for subway excavation.In particular,the requirement for performance of thrust hydraulic cylinder is very high.In order to produce thrust hydraulic cylinder with high performance,corresponding test platform needs to be developed.It is analyzed that the current status of performance test method,hydraulic system design,synchronous control technology,measurement and control system for the performance test platform for hydraulic cylinder at home and abroad and current problems of common test equipment for hydraulic cylinder.Regarding the test requirements for thrust hydraulic cylinder in shield tunneling machine industry,firstly,general design scheme of test method and performance indicators are put forward.Secondly,the simulation stress is analyzed for lateral force of thrust hydraulic cylinder to design hydraulic cylinder.Then the test bed structure is designed and conducted simulation stress analysis and the design is improved according to the analysis result.After that,principle design for hydraulic system is completed,among which the calculation and selection of main components in the test platform are completed and hydraulic simulation analysis is conducted through AMESim.Then control system and interactive interface,etc.of the test platform are designed with control connection through PLC,focusing on the analysis of algorithm for controlling synchronization of two cylinders and simulation through AMESim.At last,the actual hydraulic cylinder is compared with the test result from the test platform to improve the design and product reliability.The research and development of the test platform for thrust hydraulic cylinder is of great significance to improve the test equipment,standardize related test parameters and methods for hydraulic cylinder and provides valuable data support for research and development of such products through the data of starting pressure,synchronous lateral force test,etc.of different thrust hydraulic cylinders.It plays an important role in promoting the quality of thrust hydraulic cylinder,occupying the domestic market of shield tunneling machine and enhancing the competitiveness of the company in high-end excavation machinery industry.
