Digital hydraulic technology arises at the historic moment, Through the access control technology, hydraulic technology and other related information and analysis the development status of domestic and foreign digital hydraulic cylinder, finally established the research direction of this topic.In this paper, design research of the digital hydraulic cylinder, The main composition of stepper motor, digital valve block, cylinder body, end cover, piston, piston rod, mechanical feedback mechanism, exhaust, and so on, step motor are connected to the digital valve block, cylinder, hydraulic valve design inside the digital valve block, mechanical feedback mechanism design in the piston rod, and hydraulic slide valve mechanical connection, for digital closed-loop feedback hydraulic cylinder. The control function of the digital hydraulic cylinder all by controlling the stepper motor rotating angular velocity and angular displacement. By stepper motor drives receive digital pulse sequence from the PLC programmable controller, and the frequency of the pulse sequence number directly affects the angular velocity and angular displacement of the stepper motor, so as to achieve the goal of digital controlThis paper elaborates on the digital structure characteristics and working principle of the hydraulic cylinder, Draw the CAD drawing internal concrete structure, deciding the overall concept of digital hydraulic cylinder structure design.
