Research On The Assignation Of Professional Salvage Power At Sea

The salvage system at sea of our country is the safeguard of lifesaving in coasta areas, property on board saving, fire fighting at sea, clearing of oil pollution on emergency, traffic and transportation by sea as well as exploiting of marine resource. At present, there is some deficiency in the salvage system of our country after the reform of the salvage system; it still needs prompt improvement, such as the assignation of the salvage stations. This article investigated the Salvage Bureaus and the salvage stations what is affiliated with, summarized and analyzed the major problems existed in the salvage system of our country, and it found out the differences from the developed countries. It also made a statistics of all the information and data in the latest ten years. Based on the Fuzzy math theory, it applied platform of electronic chart, and programmed salvage stations again. Furthermore, it simulated and checked the setting of the stations. Finally, the author draw a conclusion about the assignation of professional salvage power at sea which fit China better.
