In recent years,the freight volume through the waterway was increased,the number of shipwreck incidents was also increased.Once when the shipwreck affected to navigation,we need to salvage the wreck.Hydraulic synchronous lifting is the main method for the whole salvage of large tonnage wreck.At present,engineers need to obtain the state parameters of the wreck and equipment from a variety of terminals in the process of wreck salvage.But there is no perfect integration monitoring system and salvage scheme aided design system.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a general integration of integrated monitoring and salvage program auxiliary computing system.It is helpful for engineers or the decision maker to formulate the salvage scheme and obtain the monitoring data timely.Also it is helpful to improve the safety and the salvage efficiency.In this paper,a set of integrated monitoring and control system that is used in salvage of a sunken ship is to be set as a target.By studying the foreign integrated monitoring system used in salvaging sunken ships and the monitoring system of other industries,a set of integrated monitoring and control system with integral salvage calculation and high integration degree has been designed.First of all,the calculation method of the adsorption force in the salvage process is studied.The dynamic load coefficient and the instantaneous maximum tensile force of the steel wire rope are calculated.The system dynamics model is established in ADAMS.In this model,the instantaneous maximum tensile force formula is verified.And analyzed the effect of the bottom adsorption force on the whole lifting system.Analyze the influence of the vertical and horizontal inclination of each ship to the pull of each cable.Secondly,the hardware system of the data acquisition system of the experimental platform is designed.STC single chip microcomputer is used to collect the pressure signal of the experimental station,obliquity signal and the temperature of the working site.Write the corresponding signal acquisition,processing and conversion procedures.Then,salvage program auxiliary system and integrated monitoring system is developed by using LabVIEW.This part mainly includes the user login interface,experimental system monitoring program,engineering application system monitoring program,salvage scheme aided design system.Finally,the hardware circuit and software program of the developed system are simulated and debugged.The function and stability of the system are verified by experiments.
