Research On The Area Count System Of City Hotel

Area count is an important data in planning designing and managing a hotel. With the development of the city hotel, many articles in hotel design appered. But a systemic area count system for city hotels has never been taken out. In the background of market economy, developer and operator of hotel pay more attention to the economics. They want to save cost and gain more profits. For this reason, hotel design should base on the most economical area count in planning each part. We bring forward a systemic area count data, by the research over hotels in our country. We found problems and gives suggestions for the hotel designing in future. And we try to make the economy and the comfortable unify organically.The first part of this thesis is to introduce the background and the importance of the research. The second part of this thesis synthetically studied the relationship of chief parts of the hotel. The third to six parts studied in each chief part in detail. The last part is a summary of the whole research, and proposed an area count system as design reference.
