In the modern war, in order to meet the needs of combat, command centers、control systems and other important military targets develop rapidly towardconcealed sturdy and underground, which greatly facilitated the development ofpenetration and ground-penetrating weapons, then Hard Target Penetration Fusecomes into being. Hard target smart fuse is one of the key components thataccurately damage sturdy protective target and underground target, its coretechnology is adaptive fried control technology in high overload conditions. Thetype of fuse has a lot action modes, including timing, distance calculation,layer-count/void-count and media identification initiation control mode. In thispaper adopts the control method of combination of logic circuit and softwareprogramming to achieve layer-count and void-count control system with DSP asthe core to meet the penetration requirements, so that the projectile blasts whenpenetration target are in the specified target layer and void to achieve thetechnical and tactical targets and to destroy the enemy’s command center andother important goals. Test method should be used to obtain the data signal in thepenetration process under normal conditions. But considering long time designing,extremely expensive, test conditions and other factors, we use the signal fromhardware circuit simulation to achieve layer-count and void-count system intheoryIn this paper the layer-count/void-count system is based on the principle ofthe amplitude comparing. Through comparing the setting threshold value andPenetration acceleration amplitude, complete judging layers or voids andcounting. Combining the hardware circuit and DSP software programming to realize the principle in this paper. And the concrete realization of the designmethod, the design of part of the circuit and the module circuit are given in thetext. At first simulate the signal processed during the hard target penetrationprocess using hardware circuit to get the layer-count/void-count accelerationsignal. Because the acceleration signal can be influenced by some interferencesignal inevitably in practical applications, the signal should be auto-correlated,filtered and amplified to extract the desired smooth curve for DSP processing,and then use the A/D converter module in DSP chip to convert the analog signalprocessed by the circuit to digital signal that can be used in the softwareprogramming, And then write program aimed at the signal to achieve the purposeof layer-count/void-count.
