Research On Energy Saving Renovation Technology Group Of Existing Economy Hotel Buildings In Shaanxi

The research work for Shaanxi Province retrofitting of existing public building on energy efficiency relative to other developed provinces in China started late,lag in technology,and has tremendous potential for energy-saving.Shaanxi as a tourist province,existing hotel building is one of the typical representative of public buildings in this region.This kind of buildings remains large in quantity and the overall quality is very poor with high energy consumption.Therefore selecting existing economy hotel buildings as the object for energy-saving reconstruction not only can achieve considerable environmental benefits,but also has a strong demonstration effect on the construction of a conservation-minded society.Firstly,this article takes typical economy hotel building in each climate zone of Shaanxi province as the research direction and select representative hotel such as Hanzhong Han Ting Hotel,Xi'an Chang'an University Hotel,Yulin Hanting Hotel as the research object.Then,use field investigation,field test,questionnaire and other methods to excavate the energy saving potential and energy consumption characteristics of existing economic hotel buildings in Shaanxi Province.Secondly,in order to establish the overall goals and strategy of the energy-saving reform of exiting economy hotel buildings in different climate zones and find the optimizing strategy of thermal performance of building surrounding structure that suit to exiting economy hotel buildings in Shaanxi,DeST software are used to simulate the three typical economy hotels.Furthermore,establish the universal model and set parameters according to the characteristics of economy hotel buildings in different climate zones.On this basis,use DeST to analysis the results after reconstruction and then draw the respective energy saving rate from it.Finally,summarize the technology that suitable for the energy-saving reconstruction of existing economy hotel buildings at different climate zones in Shaanxi Province.This article has practical significance to the energy-saving reconstruction work of existing economy hotel buildings in research method and the optimization of energy-saving technology,also will be conducive to promote the development of energy-saving work of existing public buildings in Shaanxi Province.
