In order to improve performance of truck Diesel engine, we can from intake system, fuel injection system and combustion chamber geometry three aspects to commence. For intake system, adopting the resonant intake manifold construction, make use of the intake motive effect to increase volumetric efficiency; Adopt measure to prevent the heat transmit between intake pipe and exhaust pipe, lower the intake air temperature to increase volumetric efficiency. The construction of conical nozzle is used by pump's delivery-valve, making use of the dynamic characteristics of conventional .short pipe to enhance injection pressure. There are three parameters of fuel injection system: response pressure, injection-advanced angle, injection valve bulge high degree, the best match was found by adjusting them. Analyze the construction of original combustion chamber and the first-improvement combustion chamber to influence diesel engine characteristic, the foundation of design second-improvement combustion chamber and further exaltation diesel engine characteristic was set upped.
