In this planning, we want to use 3S(RS, GIS, GPS) technology to make patch, corridor and matrix and other landscape essential factors distributing reasonable. "One Band " points at a green band that around the longitudinal traffic greenbelt of Beijing-Guangzhou railway and Beijing-Jiulong highway. "One Lake" points at a slice of water body which with Baiyangdian Lake as center wetly. Between ring, band and water, run through traffic network and the green forest band, all these form overall landscape ecosystem.
