Nowdays, a majority of vibrating screens rollers on domestic and foreign markets, in fact adopt a kind of mechanic inertia vibration device .The working parameters (frequency and amplitude) of screens cannot be adjusted , and they can only be working in fixed parameters , so which have bad adjustabilitis .The inertia vibration device need a great deal of maintaining and high maintaining expense and which have high yawp .The article designs a kind of new type hydraulic exciting vibration screens which apply the new type hydraulic exciting vibration devices that are based on the hydraulic exciting wave drive theory. This new conception screens essentially is a vibration one with its frequency and amplitude steplesslly adjustable in a large scale separately. Hydraulic exciting vibration is a kind of liner one. The vibration direction is arbitrarily adjustable and the exciting force not only has a large value but can vary adapting to the load. Further more, the hydraulic exciting vibration screens have a simple system and little environmental pollution and low yawp.The article does a lot of researches of theory and examination .Applying the Kindred Theorem ,the screen's physical model has been established and experiments on such a model have been done in applying orthogonal means .The mathematical model based on model has been established and the dynamic simulation has been implemented in Mat lab .We have gained lots of datum of experiment on such a model.The article has put forward The cubic orthogonal intelligent design theory concerned on the design problems of the load indefinite system, based on the cubic orthogonal and broad optimization design method. The cubic orthogonal design is formed through the cubic orthogonal algorithm andneutral network and this algorithm is comprised with such models as select ing the cubic orthogonal table, establishing neutral network model, wavelets analyses processing and variance analyzing of the result, each model connected and mingled with each other. For the facts that building neural networks is included in the cubic orthogonal- algorithm, the cubic orthogonal control is classified into intelligent design.The above productions have been used in the 2ZS1848 screen of dehydration , Which have a very good experiment effect . The experiment outcomes indicate that the parameters what we have designed accord with actual requires . These prove that these productions have the very high value of practicalities and learning.
