Loader is a kind of machine which is used broadly. It was been applied in the many projects,such as building, railway, highway, water electricity, ports, the basis construction of farmland and national defense projects, etc. It is very useful to incre ase the speed of the projects, relieve the labor intensity, improve the quality of projects,decrease the cost of projects. There are two kinds of the working resistance for no-rail equipment of underground mines. One is the resistance of the stepped mechanism when it is running in the road. One is the resistance of loading, that is ore or mullock, when it is working, which is called shoveling resistance. Therefore, the no-rail equipment of underground mines is required to overcome the two kinds of resistance above. However,loader still overcomes inserting resistance besides the two kinds above.In order to solve series of problems such as tyres abrasing severely, power consuming badly, the research always try to decrease the inserting resistance to make the loader working easely by means of the bucket vibrating.The working equippment of the loader is powered by hydraulic driving,so it has the basis conditions of hydraulic vibrating.The paper carry out that the tilt cylinder is used as the stimulating vibration of the bucket insertion with accumulators through the reciprocating displacement and switching frequency of the tilt cylinder for the first time in China.So it is not necessary to add the add- equippment, and it only rebuild the hydraulic system to realize the function of decreasing the resistance without influence.All is easy and reliable.The author includes the mechanism and means of decreasing the resistance combining the theory of density and hardness through analyzing mechanism performance of the shoveling materials and research on the variety rhythm of loader's inserting and shoveling resistance. The perfect scheme of decreasing resistance is found out through vibrating by means of e test and improvement of many experiments. And how is to affect the inserting and shoveling resistance by...
