The Studying About Lubrication System Of Engine

This paper researches on lubrication system of the engine.According to relative documents of domestic and abroad, it sets forth the necessity of designing the lubrication system and its basic task and requirements. It summarizes the oil road of lubrication system, and introduces the function, structure and working mechanism of its components. It brings in the designing principle and notice of some parts in detail, and deduces some calculation formula in designing.Based on the major parameters deduced the traditional experiences and a lot of experiments, this paper brings forward a new, on hydrodynamics computing equation of the circulation oil volume of the lubrication system and the minimize pressure required in the main oil channel, also says briefly several part resistance coefficient which isused usually.It presents three types of friction between parts of the engine (complete fluid friction, edge friction and half dry friction, dry friction) and Renault equation, and sets forth the friction and the lubrication of cam-driven parts, crankshaft, piston and piston ring. Also it shows the forecast technique of the friction losing in designing engine.It introduces the selection, exchange, classification of lubrication oil and additive.
