Sliding bearings are important parts used in mechanical equipment to support the rotation of shaft parts and reduce friction.The sliding bearing has the advantages of high operation precision,stable operation and no noise,and is widely used in industrial production.With the development of production technology,the requirements for the performance of sliding bearings in the harsh conditions are getting higher and higher.The performance requirements of sliding bearings,especially in harsh conditions of lubrication requirements are getting higher and higher.In this paper,surface micro-texture technology and solid lubrication technology are applied to the surface of ZCuPb30,and its sliding friction performance and mechanism under the condition of grease lubrication are studied.Firstly,the lubrication mechanism and rheological properties of the grease were studied.Combined with the characteristics of surface texture,the generation of dynamic pressure lubrication in the process of grease lubrication was analyzed.According to the Reynolds equation,the dynamic pressure lubrication model of texture is established.Then,the laser micro-textured fabrication process of ZCu Pb30 was studied.The effects of single pulse energy,pulse repetition times and other surface parameters on the morphology of micro-cavity were investigated.Secondly,the micro-texture sliding friction and wear test under the condition of grease lubrication was studied.The effects of different surface treatment methods,texture density,texture depth and working conditions on the friction and wear properties were studied respectively.Finally,for grease lubrication conditions of micro texture filling of solid lubrication sliding wear test,we studied the effect of different surface treatments,texture density and conditions on friction and wear properties.The corresponding conclusion are as follows.The increase of single pulse energy has a linearly related effect on the increase of the diameter of the micro-cavity,which also has a certain effect on the deepening effect of the micro-cavity.The increase of the number of pulse repetitions increases the diameter of the micro-cavity.The depth of the micro-cavity depth increases linearly with the increase of the number of pulse repetitions.The surface of the sample is sprayed with black paint,which can improve the processing of the micro-cavity diameter efficiency.After surface texture treatment,compared with the smooth surface of the sample,the friction coefficient becomes smaller and the wear condition is improved.As the texture area becomes denser,surface friction coefficient decreased first and then increased.The minimum friction coefficient is obtained at 15% texture density.With the deepening of texture depth,the surface friction coefficient decreases first and then increases,and the anti-friction effect of micro texture is the best when the depth is 19?m.With the increase of load,the surface friction coefficient decreases and tends to be stable.With the increase of velocity,the surface friction coefficient increases first and then decreased,and the lubrication coefficient of the lowest speed(100rpm)is the smallest.Specimen with a surface textured and filled with lubricant,the abrasion is lighter,the friction coefficient is lower and the downward trend is shown,showing excellent tribological properties.The surface friction coefficient and the roughness of the wear surface show the same tendency to decrease first and then increase with the increase of the texture density.The sample of 30% texture density has great tribological properties.When the texture density is small,the micro-texture mainly serves to store the solid lubricant and enhance the dynamic pressure lubrication.When the texture density is large,the micro-texture mainly plays the role of anti-wear.The texture density of 30% has a relatively good wear resistance.The surface friction coefficient with the increase of the load is reduced after the first increase,has the smallest friction coefficient when the load is 200 N.As the rotational speed increases,the friction coefficient of the lower texture density increases first and then gradually increases,and the friction coefficient of the higher texture density increases.The minimum friction coefficient of the sample surface was obtained at the minimum speed(50rpm).
