| The design of the cooling system is a component of the design of the shipping power plant. In which design much relation have to be dealt with and many chart and data have to be consulted. The traditional design method use manpower calculation! so the workload of design is specially great. And its calculation speed is very low, the design period is very long, even it is impossible to finish some work only by manpower. Moreover there will be limit designing scheme to be chosen and estimating data in the design are excessive, so that it is impossible to find the genuine best scheme. Finally, the theory used in the design of the shipping power installation is mainly conventional, which can not represent the priority of the computer in the recent design field.The way to solve this problem is to introduce the computer aided optimizing design. Its advantages include the fast design speed and the short design period. It can calculate all the parameters automatically according the requirement of design in order to attain the optimal design .This topic can perform the function of calculation, analysis, building the mathematic mould and optimization, which utilize sufficiently the function of the computer in the design of the shipping cooling system. It can also enhance the quality of the production, short the period of the design, reduce the cost of ship, and speed-up the research and exploitation of the new ship and the restoration and development of the production.This work describes the idea of the optimizing design of cooling system in detail and builds the mathematic mould of the optimum design by analyzing the internal thermodynamics regulation of cooling system and the relation between the pipeline systems and heat load of the shipping engine. It also ascertains the calculation method suitable for the designing characteristics of cooling system after comparing many optimum calculation method. In the meanwhile the compilation of the application procedure use the object-oriented program development language C++ based on the Windows 98 operation system. From the point of view of thermodynamics, this thesis make a further analysis andresearch on the cooling system for the sailing ships. It can calculate straightly and quickly to enhance the efficiency of calculation greatly. It can also be used for different cooling system, which has some application field.In the end, it analyzes the economy of the cooling system, pointing to variable operation conditions in which the ship runs, because the span of the shipping navigation area is great.This supplies the demonstration and convenience for engineer manager in the operation and management of cooling system. In addition, though this task make the analysis of cooling system to some extent, it has some guidance on the other design of shipping power plant. |
