China's current fierce competition in the turbine market needs a fast response to market demand for a higher design requirements.The use of advanced design techniques and software engineering methods,give full play to the turbine design technology and computer technology advantages,the development of turbine-aided design and analysis software,is effective in improving turbine design capacity of enterprises,improve the efficiency of the turbine design and computer-aided analysis and standardization,turbine design optimization technology,enabling innovative work,a powerful tool for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Through the secondary development of software and integrated manner,the main components of the turbine to complete the three-dimensional parametric geometric modeling and finite element analysis,design and development of a turbine main components integrated computer-aided design and analysis system to improve design and development efficiency of the turbine.Adapted to the needs of the times,to promote the promotion and development of domestic computer-aided design of turbine technology.The main works of this thesis are as follows:First,based on the introduction of computer-aided design and technology development and systems analysis on the turbine equipment for turbine design and analysis of key components,based on Sys ML modeling language needs of the turbine key components of computer-aided design and analysis system analyze,realize the system is divided in modules and functions,complete the system involved in the class diagram,analyze case diagrams and timing diagrams,each of the key components to establish a unified design and analysis model,developed for the system to prepare.Secondly,through the design and analysis of non-geometric geometrical information on the key components of the turbine,the second development based Creo,to achieve the three-dimensional parametric modeling of parts of the roof and automatic spindles;by parts at work analysis of the conditions,loads and boundary conditions,etc.,based on ANSYS secondary development to achieve the automatic finite element structural roof and other parts of the spindle analysis;through the secondary development of Microsoft Word,to achieve zero critical turbine automatic extraction and analysis of information on part design,automate design and analysis reports.Finally,software development and testing,developed the turbine key components of computer-aided design and analysis system.Generate parametric CAD model and finite element analysis model,complete turbine integrated unified design and analysis environment,greatly improve the design efficiency and market responsiveness turbine key components.
