| With the development of national economy, many unconventional structures are needed in the projects. But at present there are no specific normalization on how to design the structures. Design units usually have to design the srucutures on basis of experiences. How to verify the strength and rigidity of the structures is an important problem faced with engineers.In this paper, with the FEA software of ANSYS5.7, the Pile-boots structure using in the sea which has been designed by a engineering unit has been calculated and analysed, and each components' intensity and displacement have been gotten. It has been found that great stress and displacement will produce in the roof plane with the original scheme. So it is unfeasible in the engineering project.Then another three schemes have been calculated, analysed and compared. And the best scheme among them has been proposed.In the last, with Design Opt of ANSYS, assigning roof plate's and base plate's thickness as design variables, making them meet the constraints of displacement of roof plate and base plate, and assigning the maximum stress of the structure as the goal function, the Pile-boots structure has been optimized. And the much more better scheme is submittde for the engineering unit.Additionally, the plate and shell's basic elastic theory have been represented.With the development of traffic walks and science and technology, more and more structures will be used in the sea, the paper's works may offer reference for the structures. |
