| As an important nuclear analysis method, Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis (EDXRF) is a common analysis means in modern scientific research and element analysis.Made up with a low-power-consumption X-ray tube, proportional counters, preamplifiers, amplifiers, AD converters and multichannel analyzers, an XRFA system is economical and practical and is widely used on scientific research and industrial automatic process control.It is convenient for X-Ray tube excited source to detect multi-component on site due to the advantages of high excitation flux, easy protection, and characteristic X-ray and continuous bremsstrahlung spectrum included in its exciting spectra. Through the control of the voltage and current of HV power supply added to the X-ray tube, the excited spectra of different intensity and shape is produced, therefore being suitable for all kinds of research and analysis with convenience and flexibility. So it is quite important for the XRFA system with X-ray tube excited resource that HV power supply has high reliability, good stability and automatic regulation.Paper has designed and developed a switch power supply, finished the design and debug of a switch HV power supply used in the EDXRF system, and then applied it to the relevant testing.According to the basic principles of power supply and by means of mature designmethod, HV switch power supply has been designed and put into effect, from which I have learned some practical experiences. Then, the spectra of Al, Si, S, Ca and Fe are measured in the EDXRP system, from which it is certain that the purpose is reached basically. |
