Exhaust is the key step in the production and processing of the electric vaccum tube,which directly affects its performance and working life.Power supply is the core component of the exhaust processing equipment.At present,the exhaust power is based on thyristor adjustable power supply,which has the disadvantages of poor stability,low control precision,large volume and low efficiency.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper adopts the technology of soft switching and synchronous rectification,and designs a programmable power supply of electric vaccum tube exhaust which based on switching power supply technology,so as to enhance the technology level and production efficiency of the electric vacuum tube exhaust processing.This paper firstly introduces the soft switching PWM technology and synchronous rectification technology.The soft switching PWM technology solves the problems brought by the working frequency,and it can realize the zero voltage and zero current off of the switch to improve the efficiency.The synchronous rectifier technology can significantly reduce the loss of secondary rectification in high current environment and improve the efficiency significantly.Then,it studies the main circuit of the programmable switching power supply.On this basis,we discuss the system composition,the circuit structure,the hardware design and the software design of the programmable switching power supply.This paper puts forward the DSP TMS320F28335,which is produced by TI company,as the core of the control.The primary power supply uses phase-shifted full bridge PWM soft switching technology,and the secondly power supply use synchronous rectifier technology.The main hardware circuit of the system is composed and the type selection of the circuit device is completed.The software part completes the design of several other sub modules on the basis of the main program and the interrupt subroutine.Then,the Simulink module of MATLAB is applied to build the model of the main circuit of the programmable switching power supply.Combined with the actual situation,a variety of simulation waveforms are given,which verifies the feasibility of the design plan.Then,we built an experimental prototype in the laboratory environment and carried out the experiment.Through the analysis of the experimental results,we got the characteristics of the design's good performance,high efficiency and stability.Finally,this paper is summarized,and the shortcomings of the existing problems are analyzed,and some suggestions for future work are proposed.
