Along with the constant development of the electromechanical integration technology, the precision demand of position control of automatic equipments in the manufacturing flied is more and more higher. Because the error of mechanical transmission exists, the precision by the traditional open loop control is difficult to be qualified in many fields. It is of great practical value and potential applying foreground to develop full-closed loop motion controller with great precision.The application of the personal computers is popularly used in industry because the technology of software and hardware is increasing, and the functions are getting strong, meanwhile its capability is more stable and its reliability is more and more higher. The open motion controller based on personal computers has attracted much attention all over the world because of its high performance, its agility and convenience, its networked and intelligent characteristics, its simple usage and low price. So on the base of complete realization of the motion controlling technology and PID control arithmetic of closed loop, much research has been done on the position controlling technology cored by full closed loop and motion controlling card based on personal computers, and the testing program to realize the closed loop controlling arithmetic has been designed and debugged, at last some testing results are satisfied.The main content of the thesis is as following:1) Firstly, some advanced new technologies which represent the develop direction of the motion control technology are described in detail, such as the full-closed AC servo motor, the linear motor and the programmable controlling computer, motion controlling card based on personal computers. The fact is agreedthat the proportion of motion control in automatic equipments is gradually larger than that of traditional logical control.2) Secondly, the author deeply analyzed the basic principle, characteristics and application of the some important technologies in motion control system, such as controlling units and servo mechanism. Accordingly the technological routine is decided to study the full-closed loop controlling system, which has adopted the advanced technology such as the motion controlling card and the AC servo motor.3) Thirdly, the whole design of full-closed loop controlling system based on personal computer is worked out after the basic principle and the advantages or disadvantages of the analog and digital close loop control is analyzed and studied.4) Thirdly, the whole design of full-closed loop controlling system based on personal computer is worked out after the basic principle and the advantages or disadvantages of the analog and digital close loop control is analyzed and studied.5) Finally, the program of full-closed loop control is programmed and debugged. Some testing results are satisfied.6) In addition, interference which affects the precision in the practical application is analyzed. In result, some effective solutions are provided.
