In this paper, general motion controller as a technical basis, to depth of the motion control system packaging machine were explored, and the corresponding motion control software developed, so even if the process is more complex motion control, and ultimately are achievable. In addition, the original foundation, also incorporates the corresponding requirements of customers, to complete the transformation, and will also be given a long track these patterns developed packaging, including the realization of automatic pick new feature films, including such its level is improved, the market demand has been met.With the lifting operation speed corresponding machine, designed for the new packaging machine, the performance because it has a three-axis motion at the same speed, so instead of the traditional use of electronic cam cam idea to produce, through the use of software to coordinate complete; machine the mechanical structure is simplified, in addition to equipment noise is significantly reduced a lot, a lot of packaging to enhance accuracy.System design approach taken by the man-machine interface for setting the appropriate parameters, in addition to the corresponding motion control parameters can also be through this interface to understand; data transfer between general motion controller and interface is combined with Modbus protocol achieved, whereby the purpose of real-time control of the servo motor can be achieved eventually. For the appropriate error occurred in the system, the paper combined with PID algorithm to compensate for errors in real time, in order to achieve the upgrade package precision.Combination of the above research, to be developed on the basis of a generic motion as a motion control software, and the relevant commissioning, final control software designed to meet the requirements of the system, and the user is more recognized.
