The Designation Of Wood Chips Compressing And Packing And The Reserch Of Stress Slackness

Wood chips is one of raw materials of panel and papermaking industry. During the transportation of wood chips, there are issues of volume increasing and losing weight. So the expense of transportation and storage become larger and the profit of chips turn lower. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to solve this issue. Aimming to this problem, in this dissertation , the Author design a new-type machine for wood chips compressing and packing.The dissertation introduces the structure and theory of feeding device; compressing chamber and packing mechanism. The author makes economic analysis and benefit perspective of the packer on the expense of transportation and storage.The packer adopts automatic packing, knotting and baling. The designation of the feeding device can feeds material continually and automatically, which decreases labor strength of the worker and enchances efficiency of the packer.During the designation of packer, the dissertation approaches the stress slackness of chip. That optimizes the designation of packer, and guide actual designation and use.
