The manufacture and export of electromechanical products is an important base for China. The need of turnover and storage make the packing box more and more important to this field. When transporting the electromechanical products,equipment safety depends on the mechanical properties of packing box.Currently,the logs are the main packaging materials of electromechanical products in China.While the resources of forest is scarcity,how to using the large numbers of bamboo/wood composite materials is very significant. This paper using finite element analysis technology to packing box,which make the Structural of it much more reasonably.The followings are the main points of this paper:This thesis based on the four-point bending method and separation stiffness method, engineering elastic constants of the bamboo/wood composite materials can be measured by the strain gauge and deflection method.Provide a reference for further practical application of the material.This article takes packing box to study.Firstly,we should ensure its structure’s mechanical features,then make some necessary simplification to the structure,and finite element model is established by using ANSYS Workbench. Theoretical analysis and finite element static analysis of packing box under stationary flat,lifting and stacking by using two different materials.The distribution of stress and deformation will be obtained, which indicated that the mechanical properties of bamboo/wood composite materials are better than pine,the packing box by bamboo/wood composite materials meet the strength requirement.Modal analysis of packing box,its former 10 order mode frequency and mode shape should be calculated,the result shows that the packing box is impossible to cause dynamic interference with road and engine.It means the mode distribution of the packing box are reasonable.According to the standard road spectrum, the power spectrum density(PSD) curves can be obtained. random vibration analysis of packing box by using the road power spectral, Analysis the distribution of stress and deformation. The displacement responses of the maximum deformation points can be obtained.And the result shows the damage of the packing box does not occur during the transportation.Structural optimization design of packing box.which indicated that the volume of the sliding log is decreased by 29.26%. Under actual project requirement, this method will optimize structures, save materials and reduce the cost.This thesis mainly presents finite element analysis based on the design experience,which could improve the design efficiency and and reliability, and alsoreduces the damage rate of products in the circulation link.this paper can provide reference for the application of bamboo/wood composite materials in Packaging Industry.
