The pipette tip is used as a common operating instrument in the laboratory.It has the characteristics of large dosage,fast consumption,easy damage and high hygienic requirements.It needs to be neatly loaded into the tip box for use before use.Nowadays,the domestic pipette tips are mostly packed in bags,so it is necessary to manually insert them into the tip box after the bag tip is purchased.This process is time-consuming and laborious and easy to pipette.The pipette tip causes contamination.This topic takes 10 uL pipette tip as the research object.Firstly,it studies the automatic finishing and packing process,and puts forward the general process flow of tip finishing-orientation-supply-pitch adjustment-boxing.The nozzle sorting and directional feeding technology and the tip array type boxing technology were studied,and the process parameters affecting the feeding and feeding of the tip were theoretically analyzed.At the same time,the method of boxing in a single row is proposed,and the automatic filling of the pipette tip is realized.The paper mainly includes the following contents and results:(1)Research on automatic finishing and packing process of the tip.Firstly,the packaging form,size parameters and material characteristics of the tip are introduced.Subsequently,the automatic packing system was outlined,and the process requirements and corresponding technical requirements for automatic pipetting of pipette tips were proposed.Used to standardize the automatic boxing action of the pipette tip and design the overall layout of the system Then analyze the influencing factors of finishing and boxing;Finally,the automatic finishing process of the pipette tip and the automatic packing process were designed.(2)Technical research on the delivery of tips.First introduced the function and structure of the automatic feeding device;Then,the application of the vibrating feeder in the automatic finishing and feeding of the tip is analyzed.Through kinematics analysis of the tip,the condition of the upward sliding movement of the tip is obtained,and the distance of the tip sliding forward under different helix angles in the specified time is calculated,and then the feeding speed of the tip is affected.The parameters are designed.According to the special structure of the tip,a mechanical feeder is designed to parameterize the key components and structures,and analyze the motion process.Finally,the motion analysis calculation is carried out on the designed automatic feeding orbit.(3)Research on tip array packing technology.The technology of the array of the tip array was studied,and four kinds of boxing schemes were designed and analyzed and compared.Introduce the tip box transport mechanism and working principle;based on the introduction of the principle of the delivery and delivery of the tip box,the boxing action and time are analyzed accordingly,and the time required to fill a box is estimated;finally,design the box control part.In the form of a single-row box,the tip box can be transported without two directions,saving costs and reducing the size of the system.(4)3D modeling and simulation analysis of pipette tip automatic loader.First introduced the SolidWorks software and ADAMS software,the three-dimensional modeling of the finishing and feeding box modules was completed,and the interference check between the institutions was completed.The ADAMS virtual prototyping technology was used to simulate the automatic feeding and conveying process of the tip.The simulation results show that the displacement curve,velocity curve and acceleration curve of the tip movement are consistent with the theoretical calculation results.(5)A preliminary discussion on the adaptability of multiple specifications.The basic principle of adaptable design with multiple specifications is expounded.On this basis,the design of the functional structure is adapted to multiple specifications.Finally,the structure of the tip box is optimized.The combined tip box can simultaneously load three different sizes of tips.
