In the field of mechanics, linkage mechanism can be seen as the original structure model theoretically of all other basic mechanisms. Because of application modern measure-control technology and need for high-speed and high-stability, modern machine develops from complicated linkage mechanisms comprised complex high-grade basic link-group to more freedom degrees mechanisms comprised simple gradeâ…¡and â…¢ basic link-group, especially gradeâ…¡ link-group. So grade â…¡ mechanisms become most radical and most useful. At the same time, based on prototype of gradeâ…¡ mechanisms and their corresponding kinematic chain, study of mechanisms' creative design method that meet working needs and comprise usual kinematic chains becomes an important work in the world. Mechanism is made up of two or more links linked by kinematic pairs, and there is certain relatively movement between its links. The amount and type of links and pairs determine not only basic function properties of mechanism but also basic structure properties, especially its motion and force's transmission and transformation properties. At the same time, they decide model and method of mechanism kinematics , kinetics and measure's analysis and synthesis. So mechanism's structure analysis becomes most radical and important work in the field of mechanism's analysis and synthesis. The paper analyzes kinematics structure of grade â…¡ mechanism. On the basis of symbolization links and kinematic pairs, defines link-pair relating matrix and pair-pair adjacency matrix that can portray its structure properties, and then designs strategy and arithmetic of structure analysis intelligentized and establishes their models and software's framework . As its application, author designs a software on the platform of Windows98 by use of VC++ that can identifies and analyzes mechanism, outputs results of identification and analysis and emulates dynamically mechanism. In addition, because linkage mechanism is original model of all other mechanisms, and kinematic chain is original model of linkage mechanism, kinematic chain's structure synthesis is basis of all mechanism structure project synthesis. The paper advances a creative design method of mechanism structure based on single-gemel kinematic chain. By replacement pairs of single-joint kinematic chains and symbolization usual kinematic pairs, authorputs forward to the mathematic approach of permutation and combination, employing topologized structure graph to judge the type of their same fabric.
