Research On Supply Chain Synergetic Mechanism Of Green Innovation In Enterprises

With the problems of global warming,water pollution,fog and haze and other environmental problems becoming worsening,many countries have changed the way of economic growth with high consumption and high pollution,and are committed to developing green economy.As the driving force of green economy and sustainable development,green innovation gradually enters people's field of vision.But a single enterprise is often faced with many difficulties in developing green innovation because of its limited ability.Enterprises can collaborate with other companies to develop green innovation through the supply chain.Through the synergetic among various enterprises,they can integrate all kinds of resources,reduce the risk of green innovation,and maximize the overall benefits.This paper takes the green innovation supply chain synergetic as the research object,discusses the green innovation supply chain synergetic mechanism of the enterprises.Firstly,this paper puts forward the concept model of supply chain synergy mechanism of enterprises green innovation,analyzes the motivation factors of synergy and the basic conditions for participating in synergy,introduces the influencing factors and processes of synergy partner selection,and designs the synergy mechanism.Building an evolutionary game model that considers the green innovation risk and green innovation synergy future revenue,and analyzing the evolution of the synergistic mechanism.Secondly,it conducts a detailed study on the operation mechanism,benefit distribution mechanism,and constraint mechanism of supply chain synergistic of enterprises green innovation.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the stability of supply chain synergy,this paper builds the evolutionary game model based on the trust among enterprises,and analyzes the stability of the operation mechanism under the condition of information asymmetry and information sharing.By comparing the common profit distribution methods,the Sharpe value method is chosen to distribute the profit,and the method is modified by four factors.These four factors are: the investment rate of green innovation resources,the implementation of green innovation task,the risk-taking coefficient of green innovation,and the degree of environmental protection of green innovation.Then,establishes an evaluation index system for the effectiveness of the constraint mechanism,uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the effectiveness of the constraint mechanism,and designs the implementation of the constraint mechanism.Finally,taking the supply chain of BYD new energy vehicle green innovation as the empirical research object,puts forward the suggestion to enhance the green supply chain synergy mechanism of BYD new energy vehicle.The main innovations of the paper are the following two points: on the basis of relevant theoretical analysis of the green innovation,put forward the concept model of the supply chain synergetic mechanism of the enterprise's green innovation;establish an evolutionary game model that considers green innovation risks and green innovations to synergize future revenue,and analyze the stable state of green innovation synergistic between game players.
