As the special auxiliary appliances to guide on carrier-borne aircraft landing decks, carrier-borne aircraft illuminated guidance system is indispensable special device and important means that guarantee the life security of pilots and safe retrieve of carrier-borne aircraft. In the course of developing and before application, the performance of carrier-borne aircraft illuminated guidance system under the environmental state of movement should be tested firstly, especially the performances and state measures of glide indicator, rolling indicator and gyrohorizon which offer ship's movement postures to carrier-borne aircraft in the illuminated guidance system, this needs to offer a artificial carrier on the land that can imitate ship's movement in the water .At present, simulating table only has single degree of freedom at home application to carrier-borne aircraft illuminated guidance system which need change test and measurement situation and adjust benchmark in the course of experiment. Simulating table which has many degree of freedom not only figure out these problems, but also offer simulation environment for experiments and research and development of other equipments on the warship and ship, which have a important practical value to carrier-borne aircraft illuminated guidance system in the future.The simulating table studied in this thesis is a product which integrated mechanical, electronic and hydraulic technology. It involves many knowledge fields, such as mechanism, kinematics, mechanics and control system etc. From the point of the whole simulating table to consider, each part to the simulating table has been studied and discussed. The following is some main content of this thesis:Structure respect: A structure of parallel driven simulating table with three apex of right triangle supporting was proposed on the basis of use for reference many structures of simulating table. Its movement postures of space and surtax movements are computered andanalysed, and adopted MATLAB software perform dynamic simulation to it.The respect in machinery design : The structure of upper and subjacent platforms for simulating table were designed. The structure of the upper platform on the simulating table that is put forward is analysed with analysis software ANSYS of finite element. And the mass of subjacent platform for simulating table is calculated with the method of equilibrium of moments under conditions of the simulating table is static or operating no take place overturn.The respect drive system design: The servo valve commonly used in the closed-loop control system is replaced with the proportion direction valve, and controlled it with the methods of electrohydraulic proportional control. The system adopts the hydraulic circuits that prevent the simulating table letting down because it own weight take place.The part Trajectory Planning and control: The simulating table' movement Trajectorys are planning. The overall control structure for control the simulating table is brought forward. The fully integrated mixed-signal System-on-a-Chip' C8051F020 is introduced simply, and design lower level controller with it. And the overall structure of software and its flow chart is designed.
