Aiming at the important task of identifying parameters of power dynamic simulation system and building precise model of each power system component that is highly concerned in the study of power system field. ,a platform of power dynamic simulation system based on computer network is presented in the paper. This platform adopted distributed measuring construction, which divided dynamic simulation system into three layers-system layer, subsystem layer and workstation layer, solving linking problem between equipment and measuring model instead of classic single test mode. TCP/IP protocol based on network is adopted and interface between microcontroller and network hardware is designed in the hardware platform communication. In the test period, the introduction of ac sampling and faulty wave record ensured veracity and continuity of the data. Dynamic simulation system is classified by object-oriented method, and independent objects are accomplished by COM component, and then software and hardware are united perfectly. All information of test data are organized reasonably, and they can automatically accomplish data acquiring, data analyzing, parameter identifying and report generating.In this paper, computerized algorithm of three-phase sudden-short-circuit is also deeply studied by building software-hardware platform. Circuit model of synchronous machine and the quantitative process during short-circuit period are deduced. Many parameters of synchronous machine except for transient time constant can be identified in a short time with the elaborately designed algorithm.
