For the problem that on-line monitoring of primary air of direct firing pulverizing system can't be complete achieved, the chaotic properties of parameter change of two-phase flow in pipe is analyzed in the paper, according to the pressure difference signal of two-phase flow system. The pressure difference signal was acquired under different air and pulverized coal flow condition on gas-solid test-bed.
