This paper analyzes the condition of shockproof design for the transmission line. Then puts forward the significance of developing database management system. It inquires into methods of building database, a mode of database access and applying structured query language. Based on the above principles, we designed and developed the database management system. Different shockproof components build different parameter databases. These databases can fulfill sequence, query report and count. It offers some parameters and datum. In addition, we fully considered the security of the system, and the technology of error-processing.
