Research And Development Of A 3D Structured Process Management System

The traditional process management exists data redundancy and heavy granularity of management, so it can’t meet the increasingly complex process management needs. Structured process with the advantages of accumulation in process knowledge and reduction in data redundancy has become the new trend of process management system.This paper presents a structured process management system with the core of the construction of structured process management mode. In this paper, the following research and development work are done: Firstly, the structured organization and expression form of process data object is studied, namely using process structured tree to organize the process data objects in the management system. This structured organization form makes the hierarchical structure of the whole process data object clear, as well as makes the granularity of management fine. Then, the paper designs and develops the model of structured process with the core of structured process tree, including the design and development of a structured process editing tool and a structured process defining tool. Finally, the paper designs and develops the main function model of the system, and builds a manufacturing-oriented BOM(MPBOM). This BOM shows the assembly relation among whole product, as well as reflects the changes of materials in the whole manufacturing process. It will be the core of the system, and realizes the structured management of the whole product process information together with the process structure tree.The system builds a structured process model based on the MPBOM and process structured. This model makes granularity of process management more fine and reduces the process data redundancy efficiently. This system has been implemented and applied in enterprise and it enhances the management efficiency of the company’s process, which verify the feasibility of system and practical value.
