With the development of China's economy and automobile industry,the number of various types of vehicles on the expressway has increased sharply,and the traffic pressure and bearing pressure caused by it have also increased.The violation rate and accident rate of highway vehicles have also increased year by year which has endangered public safety.Traditional monitoring methods for highway violations(such as fixed cameras)have blind spots to monitor and are expensive to use.With the development of drone technology in recent years,drones can be used in the supervision of highway violations,which can overcome the regulatory loopholes in the existing supervision methods and improve China's intelligent traffic supervision system.Aiming at the use of drones for highway vehicle violation supervision,a drone-based highway violation management software system needs to be developed to store and manage vehicle violation information identified by drone equipment.From the perspective of applied research,this article analyzes the requirements of a software system for expressway violation management based on drones,clarifies the overall functional requirements of the system,and gives an overall solution for a software system for expressway violation management based on unmanned aerial vehicles.The system is divided into three parts: business process design and database design implementation part,violation information receiving and We Chat push part,and violation management software system design and implementation part.In the business process and database design part,this paper conducted a database scheme demonstration,designed and implemented a data table that meets the system requirements,and clarified the system's business process.In the violation information receiving and We Chat push sections,the communication format and communication protocol between the violation information receiving module and the drone ground station are defined.The Baidu map open API is introduced to implement the reverse address resolution function,and the interface of the We Chat public account and button option is designed.Automatic push of violation information is achieved through We Chat template messages.In the part of the violation management software system,the technical structure of the system is given,and the violation information storage and query functions are realized.Finally,the system was functionally tested and deployed on ECS(Elastic Compute Service).
