The development history of tyre's technology and its future direction are introduced in this paper. The newest research of tyre monitoring system in famous tyre companies at present is listed also.The effect of temperature, pressure, friction, abrasion, aging and fatigue to the tyre's safety capability is analysed in detail in this paper, thus it provides theoretical base for the design of the tyre monitoring system.On the base above, uncertain matrix way and uncertain sequence value way are used to value, and both get the same conclusion. The main factor determination model and the main factor stand out model are used to test the correctness of the value way. It demonstrates temperature and pressure are important effect factors from theory. So the tyre's temperature and pressure are selected as the monitored objects.On the base of using thermal theory and mathematical knowledge and giving reasonable hypothesis, the model of temperature field of tyre's static and dynamic state is set up. So it gives theoretical base for the tyre monitoring system.
