Assembled monolithic housing is now widely used form of architecture.In this paper,by using the finite element software ANSYS to xi 'an area hot bridge assembled monolithic residential parts for the finite element analysis of temperature effect,thermal bridge parts including different forms of heat preservation and thermal insulation material of T,l-shaped nodes and four different window frame shear wall thermal bridge prefabricated sandwich insulation cladding installation location.Analog content including temperature field and heat flux density field,equivalent stress field and displacement field.Insulation by simulating different forms of T and L type shear wall thermal bridge node temperature field and heat flux density field in the thermal bridge node can know the concrete heat flux with the filler material junction is very big,this is the main part of heat loss.At that point through finite element analysis in the thermal insulation layer continuous energy saving effect is very poor,even lower than the same location without heat preservation system.Also found that external thermal insulation is the best of three methods for insulation heat preservation,that suggests to use external thermal insulation wall insulation should be preferred.In addition by simulating different insulation forms of T and L type shear wall thermal bridge node of equivalent stress field and displacement field can know external thermal insulation system can effectively reduce the main structure on the surface of the outer wall temperature stress and decrease caused by heat bilges cold shrink the surface deformation problem of wall.By simulating different thermal insulation material of T and L shear wall thermal bridge node temperature field,heat flux density field,equivalent stress field and displacement field can know hard foam polyurethane heat preservation and heat insulation of L and T shape node performance is best,and can effectively reduce by ambient temperature changes the adverse impact on the thermal properties of the node.Also hard foam polyurethane part of L and T shape node shear wall protection effect is very good,can significantly reduce the shear wall of inside and outside surface temperature stress and displacement,but within L node filler wall surface temperature stress is larger.Through simulating four kinds of different window frame installation position of prefabricated sandwich insulation outer wall temperature and heat flux fields can know,using the first window frame installation location to install window frame,outer wall heat preservation and heat insulation effect is best.In addition through simulating four kinds of different window frame installation position of prefabricated sandwich insulation cladding of equivalent stress field and displacement field can know,in the first window frame installation location,humanly scaled around the mouth temperature stress is greatly reduced,effectively reduced the humanly scaled temperature cracks around the mouth,prolong the service life of the prefabricated sandwich insulation cladding,improved the durable performance of the wall.In this paper,the thermal bridge assembled monolithic residential parts for a thorough theoretical study,the conclusion can for xi 'an area high-rise concrete structure of heat bridge insulation provided a reference for the research and design work.
