Swing movable teeth drive,which is used to trainsmit rotary motion and power between two shafts with the same axis, is a new type of movable teeth drive. It has advantages of more meshing,strong load-carrying capacity,high transmission efficiency by full rotation,large angular velocity ratio,large outputting rigidity etc.These characteristics make it have great application vistas. With the fast development of production and technology, mechanical product and equipment also tend to be high speed,high effect, exactitude, lightweight, automatization,the structure of product is more and more complex, and the need for work capability is more and more exigent.especially the control of machine vibration and yawp. So we must research dynamic characteristics of the machine product and equipment and do dynamic design, so as to meet the needs of static and dynamic characteristics ,low vibration and low noise.The paper expatiates the structure and drive principle of swing movable teeth drive; Via analysising the kinematics of swing movable teeth,the center roller teeth profile equation and curvature calculated formula is deduced; The mechanical model of swing movable teeth drive is built,and the force calculated formula of movable teeth are deduced. By using Matlab, the regularity how structure parameters of swing movable teeth drive can affect meshing force is analyzed and discussed.According to the structure characteristic of its input shafting, Using the Riccati transfer matrix method and the Anasys mode analytical method,the vibration model of input shafting is established and the vibration speciality is researched.Based on the vibration model of input shafting which is established by the Riccati transfer matrix method, The input shafting inherence frequency is worked out by using Matlab. By using Ansys, a three-dimensional solid model of swing movable teeth drive input shafting is built .And by analysing the model, the inherence frequency and vibration mode of input shafting is obtained.According to the dynamic characteristic of this drive organization, the torsional dynamic model of swing movable teeth drive is first founded,which adopt concentrate parametric method,also the dynamic differentical eguation is obtained,at the same time the moment of inertia,the torsional vibration rigidity, and the torsional vibration damp of dynamic model of the drive is analysed and calculated.Then using Runge-Kutta method, the dynamic differentical eguation is divided.Last obtaines the angle acceleration dynamic respond of the arouse wave organ,movable teeth,and movable teeth frame using the numerical value emulation.Based on the torsional dynamic model mentioned above,the dynamic optimize design model is researched. Then using Matlab makes the solution of this model.Compared to the general design and the tradition optimize design, the result of dynamic optimize design gets the dynamic characteristic better,it affords the base for studying the dynamic characteristic and noise restraining of swing movable teeth drive organization.
