With the development of the technology of the missile's emission, it has increasingly been a hot point of study among different countries all over the world without exception of our nation. What's more, the project has given rise to a series of corresponding debates, which has been reached to a higher level. Facing such an optimistic atmosphere of study, this paper is also based on such debate. Considering 280 kinds of different load cases, this paper calculates and summarizes the responses of stresses and deformation. Whether the subject is analyzed correctly or not depends on the right calculation of the loads, the supply of proper load cases, the construction of the whole model of the fleet, the appropriate giving of boundary conditions and scientific and reasonable analysis of structure stresses. This paper introduces the calculation of the loads of different waves and the combination of sine wave and cosine wave. Furthermore, stressing on discussing the corresponding problems of the FEM of the whole structure and putting forward the basic principles of building a fleet. Taking a fleet for example, the paper discusses the whole response of the fleet and the local response of it according to different load cases. After defining the model of FEM and the corresponding loads, we begin to take the advantage of the software of FEM the method of spectrum analysis to calculate and analyze its responses of the whole model's structures. Subsequently a few of debates develop around the local stresses and deformations of the main deck. Then the features of stress's distribution and deformation have been generalized and summarize in this paper. The method adopted by the paper can not only apply to the modelization of FEM of such fleet, but also be the basis and the reference of other types of ships.
