As important equipment in the ash removing system in power plants, valve needs fine components and advanced control method because of the sordid environment of the workshop. Based on the home-made work of M?ller valve and requisite control method, the paper puts forward a small model of control system of PLC; discusses the design way, structure characteristic, software, hardware and the application of the system. We design the auto-control system for M?ller valve independently, which is composed of pneumatic and electric elements and PLC; at last sum up the characteristic of the system and its application prospect. It is proved by the practice that this control system enhances the using rate of equipments, and increases the reliability of the ash removing system; the distributed structure of the system disperses the danger in production process; the long-distance control mode ensures the security of operators.
