Energy crisis happened in 1970's all over the world. As the new and renewable energy, wind power gets more and more important in every nation. The technology of wind power has advanced greatly and the wind turbine is getting larger. Because of its special character, hydraulic system pay a irreplaceable role. With the great development of computer technology, CAD is applied widely in every field. It has been a tool for production activity and a key to manufacturing informationalize. But to this day, the design of the wind turbine is still the experience method because of complex computation and device. This method is blind and uncertain. This paper is based on "MW variable speed constant frequency". It has the design and the computation on hydraulic system of wind turbine. It realizes the automatic paint for hydraulic system by the AutoLISP language in AutoCAD. The main of the program is compiled with the LISP language. The interface between the user and the computer is compiled with Visual Basic. Besides those, considering the complexity of hydraulic system, the paper establishes the mathematical model by the method of power bond graph. The toolbox of Simulink is efficient in Matlab language. It is the integrity of science computation ,automatic control and signal analysis. With the toolbox, the paper establishes the simulant figure of mathematical model and simulate the dynamic state of the system. The curve of the dynamic state is gotten by changing the parameter. The result shows that the design of hydraulic system and the establishing of mathematic model attain perspective aim. By the analysis of dynamic state curve, the paper give the better way and scheme for the design of hydraulic system in the wind turbine.
