Based on in-situ investigation, indoors soil tests, data process and calculation analysis for CHUNHUA reservoir , this article acquires the distributing regulation and physical & mechanical properties for each layer soil below the dam base, and further determines typical model cross sections for static & dynamic stress deformation analysis. By the static & dynamic triaxial tests on the soil derived from dam and dam base, the article makes research on the soil static & dynamic deformation properties and measured the parameters needed by stress deformation analysis. Non linear static & dynamic finite element procedure is adopted for the true emulation of the four typical geologic profiles of the dam, and imitates to compute the each stage deformation and stress distribution from the dam fill to full water run and during the 7 degree seismic intensity, the article also imitates to compute the response to earthquake force , the excess vibration pore water pressure distribution and permanent deformation, predicting the occurrence possibility of the crac^ plastic zone and earthquake liquefaction. According to all kinds of data obtained from prototype observations system, this article examined the research results and data, it provides the theoretical and practical support for the construction of deep water and high dam in YELLOW RIVER delta soft land area.
