Stochastic resonance (SR) is different from traditional methods (such as correlation, equality superposition, filter etc) in faint signal detection. SR can turn parts of noise energy into signal energy and enhance signal while wiping off noise, so that increasing the signal-to-noise rate (SNR). Based on SR, this thesis focuses on faint signal detection. And according to the characteristic of engineering application, the thesis presents the design of a real-time data-acquisition and processing systemwhich is based on DSP and has a PCI interface.Taking DSP as processing center, the system includes circuit of signal adjusting,filter circuit of anti- overlap, circuit of data-acquisition automatically(including circuit of A/D converting and circuit of data cache) and interface circuit of PCI and so on. Fixed with application software based on SR, the system can collect and process the faint signal on real-time on the background of strong noise. That is the main innovation of this thesis.The main contents of the thesis are as followings:The First Chapter: This chapter briefly introduces the subject, the development and status of SR research, design thoughts of DSP system, EDA platform, high-speed real-time Bus technology and device driving program. And then it educes the researched subject, innovation and construction of this thesis.The Second Chapter: This chapter introduces the SR theory, conditions of the resonance in system and SR performance measures.The Third Chapter: This chapter introduces the scheme designing and programming standardization of the SR testing system based on DSP. It also analyzes the whole design of the system and gives the feasible scheme.The Fourth Chapter: In this chapter, it introduces the hardware designing of the DSP system based on PCI Bus and states every module of the hardware designing: circuit of signal adjusting, filter circuit of anti-overlap, circuit of data-acquisition automatically, expanding circuit of DSP memory, circuit of voltage matching, interfaces circuit of PCI etc. It also includes theoretic basis and procedure of PCB designing. At last it gives the result of the designing and the debugging.The Fifth Chapter: This chapter introduces software design of DSP system based on PCI Bus. The design includes managing software of DSP system (including DSP initializing, DMA reading of collected data), ISP programming of Flash Memory, boot loading of the fixing program, program of interfaces between DSP and PCI,the design of PCI card driving program, the skills of programming etc. The Sixth Chapter: This chapter draws a conclusion and also gives a prospect on the research work.
