Stochastic Resonance is a new and very important embranchment in the nonlinear academic domain. It is a very important new thought of combining SR theory and DSP technology together to form a faint signal detecting system, which is used in weak signal detection under strong background.This article deeply researches about Stochastic Resonance (SR) theory both in theory and in practical apply. This article mainly discusses SR theory and its factual significance in engineering signal detection using. In fore part of the article, SR theory and any gene which affect SR happening are generally recommended. We also research deeply about condition of SR phenomenon happening. Faint signal detection system communication between DSP processing system and PC managing system are described in the detail in back of this article.The principal content of this article including:1. Describe SR develop trend, review curtly about SR theory. Aiming at signal, noise, nonlinear system, we summarize and generalize their relationship. Present many knowledge of this item, such as FFT, DSP character, Windows XP structure, WDM driver develop tools.2. Ameliorate formerly algorithm based on predecessor, Put forward a new algorithm named adaptive SR founded on anticipate parameter, Detect and prove this algorithm through using it in factual engineer signal . Described developing flat CCS2.0 using in the algorithm.3. Depict blueprint design and collectivity layout in detail of faint signal detection system. Select and direct reasonability of the tools we using in developing this system, give out all the realization scheme of each functional module.4. Communication methods between DSP process system and PC manage system is presented in the faint signal detection. At the same time, interface between application and driver program are also involved. Communication methods among each functional module are listed.5. Sum up all the questions encountered in developing process and bring forward solution. Put forward assume and upgrade in future develop. Has a prospect on the research work in the future.
