The paper analyzes factors that affect power system load, compares contemporary prognostication techniques, bases on the features of power system load forecast, combines different prognostication methods, efficiently raises the prognostication precision.The system designed and acquired is based on the 3 layers of Web construction, uses MVC software construction, Implements user-computer interactive access through web browser. In the web server, Apache+Tomcat is applied, application logic is located under web application directory, users can access database through JDBC and JaveBeans techniques, then send request to database through SQL. Examples show that the system prediction is comparatively more consistent with the reality.The essay combines the power system prediction, mathematical build modular technology and computer technology together and thoroughly and systematically makes an analysis, thus the software functions designed can meet the needs of power system load prediction.
