With the development of science and technology, the kinds of the dosing products become increasingly diversified. In recent years, the solar is new energy that has been growing promptly. The photovoltaic conversion is one of the important parts of the application of the solar technology. The board of solar battery is an indispensable component of photoelectric technology. In order to seal the solar battery board, it should be treated with resin by dosing equipment. Because the normal equipment can't satisfy the products' needs, we begin to research the film dosing technology combining with the practical project to achieve the function of film dosing and to apply in production.As technical difficulty, the author makes a full experiment to research the auto shaped mechanism of perfusion material flow on the solar battery board. The author makes a mathematics model by viscous hydrodynamics and so on theories of the flowing material A and B on the board, and deduces the formulas of the film thickness and perfusion measure. I also analyze the surface tension of liquid, in order to find out the best technical parameters and to control.The control precision of perfusion measure affects directly encapsulation quality, so the paper analyzes factors, which affect precision of perfusion measure, and also design a control scheme.As far as the thick viscous liquid is concerned, the viscosities control is realized by mainly adjust the liquid temperature. The perfusion material will have good fluid on acertain viscous. We can more control the perfusion measure and velocity by controlling the liquid temperature.In order to realize the control of the system temperatures, we use the control strategy of fuzzy parameters self-adjusted PID to make the controller of fuzzy self-adjusted by combining conventional PID with fuzzy control. By practice, this intelligent PID controller has attained choice control properties by connected with the practice working condition of the whole system, and be applied to the similar character process control system.
