Externally bonding steel mash and then spraying the high-strength mortar is a new procedure of structural retrofitting. Its principal merit is steel mash layer and high-strength mortar layer are identical material in property, work well together, has better durability and can be easy to carry out. The way to be reinforced will be universal concerned and introduced to apply. At the present, the knowledge about the method of reinforced mechanism, theory and experiment study achievement are little. Hence it is necessary to.study and analyze the change of stress performance that is produced by the member strengthened in reality and application.In order to study reinforced effect and to know reinforce mechanism, this paper investigates on 6 non-strengthened beams and 15 strengthened beams. The experiment results show that the flexural strength, ductility, stiffness and cracking behavior of RC beams can be improved. In a word, the reinforced concrete beams and outside bonding steel mash and spraying high-strength mortar can be guaranteed to work in harmony.On the base of test researches, ANSYS software is used to carry out numerical analyzefor reinforced concrete beams which are strengthened in one way and the non-strengthened reinforced concrete beams. And the outcome correlates well with experiment date. Also, a simple design method of one way strengthened reinforce concrete beams is brought forward on the basis of experiment results and theory analyses.
