| This essay is to begin with the application of a control method, which is the combination of flexible control and conventional control; then bring forward the concept of level classification and elicit three levels of "district", "block" and "lot". Furthermore, it constructs the relationship between the development projects and the three levels; formats corresponding control principles aiming at fulfill the function of Controlling Urban Design due to different level attributes.The first chapter is to explain the meaning of "flexible control" and "conventional control"; introduce all the factors involved.The second chapter is to bring forward the concept of level classification that is to describe a project with three related levels "district", "block" and "lot". Here also comes the opinion of distinguished control in different district.The third chapter is to interpret why to, what to and how to control a project in the "lot" level.The fourth chapter is to introduce the attributes and control methods of "lots" located in different "districts" such as "gravitation center", "gravitation incidence", "gravitation margin" and "heritage place". |
