Research And Develop About Signal Collecting And Control System Of Experiment Stand Of Transmissions

What introduced in the article is the design of control system for transmission testbench.Transmission test bench is an integrated equipment of mechanical, electric andhydraulic technologies. The control system of the bench is composed of computersystem, PLC, manual control system and control software etc. The kernel of thecontrol system hardware is an industrial control PC, voltage AD, current AD anddigital input/output plates are equipped to respective signals collected, which collectand control main parameters of transmission assembly. For the convenience of wiringand signal modulating, a harness plate adapting to collection plate is configured.The developing platform of the control system software is Visual Basic 6.0 ofMicrosoft Corporation, which works under Window 98. An object-orienting method isadopted in the design of the software and multi-route and database techniques areapplied in order to realize comfortable interfaces and simple operation. The controlsystem functions real-time data collection and control, real-time display, data store,data print and plotting. Automatic control is achieved through PLC controllers.A study on system commissioning is presented at last in the article. The practicaltest shows that the system design is feasible and reaches the requirements preset.
