Setting up regional monitoring center to manage and monitor the safety of a number of dams concentratively is the future trend of dam safety monitoring system. Under the background, different dam safety monitoring system and safety estimate model of domestic and foreign are analyzed and researched in this paper, up to date communication computer network software technology are assimilated fully, and a few of key technology on Dam Group Safety Monitoring Remote Network System (DGSMRNS) are studied emphatically, the main continents being as following:(1) Analyzing the present condition feature and future trend of dam safety monitoring of our country, fully applying up to date communication computer network technology, combining the latest development of domestic and foreign, the scheme of dam group safety management and monitoring based on the remote network is studied, and the dam group safety monitoring platform based on the remote network is bring forwarded.(2) The software system crucial technology of DGSMRNS is studied, mainly including: software service platform of network application remote data transfer technology graph and image technology database technology and their realization strategy, the network safety and its countermeasure also being studied.(3) The pre-warning scheme for dam group safety is studied: the constitutes and frame of dam group safety pre-warning are discussed, the dam group safety monitoring information analysis & estimate model safety pre-warning indexes and mode on condition of remote network are researched, and corresponding frame and realization method are put forwarded; aiming at "emphasizing pre-warning, but making light of pre-scheme" in dam safety management at present, the treatment pleasure pre-scheme and corresponding decision support model for dam group abnormity and risk are analyzed and researched.(4) For Fujian province DGSMRNS as an example, the thought* material frame and part application scheme of DGSMRNS are studied.
