The research and implementation of the distribution WEB-SCADA system software based on the J2EE architecture is introduced in this thesis. In the integrated DMS(Distribution Automation System)using the open framework and object-oriented technology, WEB-SCADA system has more superiority than the traditional. The thesis expounds particularly realization principle of the WEB-SCADA system real-time database, and such key technology as multi-tier structure, B/S structure, EJB, Servlet, JDBC are discussed. The prototype is visually modeled by use of UML object-oriented technology Together of Borland Company, then the system software is developed using Sun ONE Application Server 7.0, Oracle 9i, JBuilder 8.0. Finally, the WEB-SCADA system software is passed by holistic debugging. This thesis provides a profitable test for developing the integrated DMS software.
